Back on the Patch
Back in 2025, I introduced the feature Patch on the Planet, which you can find in the archive.
In the archive, there are four videos that take you through the year on the patch, covering topics ranging from walking through nature to using the Outdoor Scientist’s Backpack to take a closer look at the plants and animals living there.
The idea is to help people become more aware of the plants and animals in an outdoor place they often visit. This might be a park you visit regularly, a lane where you walk the dog, or a resting place on a jogging run.
